The hotel boasts an incredible pool area and a vibrant animation team that truly made my stay enjoyable. The rooms leave much to be desired, as they didn’t match the photos and had maintenance issues. While the staff is generally attentive, the dining options were repetitive and not very exciting. The Wi-Fi connectivity in the lobby was also unreliable, which was frustrating at times.

The animation team, particularly Ouss and Maryam, made our time very enjoyable with their engaging activities for the kids and families.
